Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.
Tickets can ONLY be returned on a consignment basis where you would be refunded a portion of the amount that the tickets resell for, up to the amount that you paid for them.
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by Tuckers Tickets.
Online orders placed after 3PM PST on weekdays may not be processed until the next working day. Online orders placed on the weekend, may not be confirmed until Monday.
All deposits are non-refundable.
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. If tickets are returned to arrive at our office at least 14 days before the newly scheduled date we would guarantee no less than a 75% refund of original ticket price, even if we are not able to resell them. If the rescheduled date is less than 14 days from the original date and you can not make the new date we will do our best to help you but can not make any guarantees.
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market prices are subject to change at any time.
